Well after a rather long absence we are back again having finally solved our technical difficulties. Losing your blog is not much fun, especially when you rather enjoy writing it up whenever time permits.

The world of cosmetic surgery continued to spin nicely on its axis whilst we were gone, it seems inevitable that the downturn would have some effect on the number of smart lipo procedures being undertaken, but from what we are hearing there is still a great deal of procedures going ahead for the moment.
